Welcome to muxi! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the muxi platform (“muxi”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a product created and operated by Two Tall Totems Ltd. DBA TTT Studios, located at 1250 - 777 Dunsmuir Street, Vancouver, B.C., Canada, V7Y 1G6. By using muxi, you agree to these Terms.

1. Paid Plans

muxi is a paid software service. You purchase credits to access individual idea sessions or features. All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase, and you will not be charged without your explicit confirmation.

2. Service Disclaimer

While we strive to provide a stable and high-quality platform, muxi may occasionally experience outages, bugs, or data-related issues. By using muxi, you understand that the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.muxi uses AI to help generate suggestions and insights. These outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete, and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before use.

3. Account and Access

To use muxi, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement. You are responsible for keeping your account information secure and for all activity under your account.

muxi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that someone under 18 has registered, we reserve the right to terminate the account and delete associated data.

4. Your Ideas Stay Yours

We respect your creativity and ownership.

You own all content and ideas you submit to muxi.
All outputs generated by muxi based on your inputs are yours to use, reproduce, and commercialize. We do not claim ownership of generated outputs.
We will never sell or share your identifiable information or ideas with third parties without your consent.
We may analyze anonymized or aggregated usage data to improve muxi.

5. Our Intellectual Property

All software, designs, branding, and platform functionality are the intellectual property of Two Tall Totems Ltd. DBA TTT Studios.

Use of muxi does not grant you any ownership of the platform or its underlying systems.
You may not reproduce, reverse-engineer, or modify muxi without our written permission.

6. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information and ideas.

muxi uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your data.
While we aim for strong security, no system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Changes to the Service

We may update, change, or discontinue parts of muxi at any time. If changes significantly impact your use or rights, we will give you reasonable notice.

We also reserve the right to adjust credit pricing or session structure in the future. Changes will not apply retroactively to credits you've already purchased.

8. Billing and Refunds

muxi operates on a pay-per-session model. You purchase credits to access individual idea sessions or features.

All pricing is clearly displayed before purchase. You will not be charged without your explicit confirmation.
Credit purchases are non-refundable unless required by law or due to a verified technical issue on our side.
If you experience a technical issue, contact info@muxi.rocks within 7 days of purchase.
This does not automatically delete your data. If you would like your data permanently erased, please email info@muxi.rocks to request full deletion.
You can request an export of your submissions at any time before closing your account.
If you dispute a charge, please contact us first at info@muxi.rocks. We reserve the right to suspend your access during the resolution of any payment disputes.

9. Acceptable Use

Please use muxi responsibly. You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or rights of others.
Upload illegal, abusive, or misleading content.
Attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in British Columbia.
